Registration for the Blue Dolphin Swim Team is Easy!

In order to register you must print out, complete, date and sign the documents to the right. These forms along with the first months dues and the USAS Registration fee ($100.00.  Includes:  USA Swim Card, Swim Cap, and T-Shirt) need to be delivered to the Aquatic Center before the first practice or brought with you to the first practice and turned in to a Coach or Board Member before entering the water.

Insurance Form

Monthly dues are $35.00 for Novice,  $45.00 for Age Group,  $55.00 for Senior.  Payment is due before the 5th of each month at the Aquatic Center. Requirement to join Dallas Aquatic Center. Late charges will apply if dues are not received by the 5th of the month and your child(ren) will not be allowed to participate in practice until the balance is brought current. An invoice will be sent each month.
